Shipping & Returns

If ordering directly through our website, we aim to post out all orders within 1 - 2 business days (Monday to Friday) of the date of your order (the processing time) and we then rely on Royal Mail, EVRI and DPD using the postage services detailed below.  You will be sent an email confirming when your order has been posted.   If you need an item super quickly please contact us before ordering, we will try to accommodate specific needs wherever possible.


Shipping within the UK is charged as follows:

  • £2.50 for Royal Mail 2nd Class postage, 3-5 business days untracked.

  • £3.25 for Royal Mail 1st Class postage, 1-3 business days untracked.

  • £4.00 for Royal Mail Tracked 48, fully tracked 2-3 business days.

  • £5.00 for Royal Mail Tracked 24, fully tracked 1-2 business days.

  • Orders of £50.00 and above qualify for free Royal Mail 2nd Class postage. ​

  • £5.00 EVRI tracked courier service, 2-3 days.

  • £5.95 EVRI tracked courier service, 1-2 business days.

  • £7.50 DPD tracked courier service, 1-2 days.

  • Where postage is offered for free as part of a promotion Royal Mail 2nd Class postage will be used unless stated otherwise.


European & international shipping is charged as follows:

  • If purchasing from outside the UK, the customer is responsible for any duties or taxes payable that may arise upon your order entering your country.  Please check with the relevant authorities before purchasing whether you are likely to have to pay any duties or taxes.

  • A flat rate of £8.00 within Europe for Royal Mail International Standard postage.

  • A flat rate of £16.00 for International orders outside of Europe using Royal Mail International Standard postage


Please check that the delivery address has been entered correctly.  We will not be responsible for replacing items that have not been delivered due to an incorrect address.  Any undelivered items must be reported by email to within 21 days of the date of purchase.  We cannot accept any responsibility for missing orders after the 21 days have elapsed if we have not been contacted about the order beforehand.   


We hope that you will love your purchase but if you are not completely happy we will offer an exchange or refund provided that the jewellery has not been used and is in the same original packaging. We must receive your returned items within 14 days of the date you received the items.


Please obtain proof of postage from your Post Office as this will be required should your return be delayed or go missing.  Please note that we cannot be held responsible for any items that fail to reach us or any delay in your return reaching us.  


In the unlikely event there is a fault or defect with any item you will be fully refunded for the cost of the item plus any postage incurred by you in returning the item to us.
