We are still shipping throughout the UK in accordance with government guidelines, and our processing time of two business days remains unchanged. As a small business we are reliant on the services of Royal Mail to deliver your orders. We understand that there are current delays with post being delivered with Royal Mail due to changes in services to minimise contact and risks as much as possible so please allow an extra few days for your postperson to pop your order through your letterbox. If you require an item for a specific date and would like a guaranteed delivery date please contact us so that we can arrange a quote with a courier. Unfortunately we are not able to offer European and International shipping at this time.
Shipping within the UK is charged as follows:
A flat rate of £1.50 for Royal Mail 2nd Class postage
A flat rate of £2.00 for Royal Mail 1st Class postage.
Orders of £30.00 and above qualify for free Royal Mail 2nd Class postage.
Where postage is offered as free as part of a promotion Royal Mail 2nd Class postage will be used unless stated otherwise.
European & international shipping is charged as follows:
A flat rate of £5.00 within Europe for Royal Mail International Standard postage.
A flat rate of £7.00 for International orders outside of Europe using Royal Mail International Standard postage
If you require a tracked service please contact us prior to ordering so we can provide a quotation for postage.
We aim to ship all orders within 2 business days (the processing time), with the exception of Mama's Little Gooseberry gift sets which can take up to 5 working days to process plus our standard shipping times. If you need an item super quickly we have a selection of items available for immediate delivery via Amazon Prime in our Amazon Shop. Alternatively please contact us before ordering, we will try to accommodate specific needs wherever possible.
We hope that you will love your purchase but if you are not completely happy we will offer an exchange or refund provided that the jewellery has not been used and is in the same original packaging. We must receive your returned items within 14 days of the date you received the items.
Please obtain proof of postage from your Post Office as this will be required should your return be delayed or go missing. Please note that we cannot be held responsible for any items that fail to reach us or any delay in your return reaching us.
In the unlikely event there is a fault or defect with any item you will be fully refunded for the cost of the item plus any postage incurred by you in returning the item to us.
