Mama Knows was launched in 2016 by Lisa, a Manchester based mama of two. 

 

Tired of being scratched when feeding (who knew babies had such sharp nails?) and also having had several necklaces broken when pulled by her babies, Lisa starting creating stylish necklaces made out of silicone that would be safe to wear around little ones.  The pieces soon became popular with other local mamas and Mama Knows was born shortly afterwards.​

Starting out at local Makers Markets to moving online, Mama Knows proudly remains a family owned business and is stocked at several independent retailers across the United Kingdom.
